Cancellations, returns and refunds - Online Shop

You have the right to cancel the Contract for the purchase of any of the Goods within 14 days of delivery.  We are obliged to exchange the goods or provide you with a full refund provided that, where delivery has taken place, you have returned the Goods to us in the same condition that they were delivered. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us, unless we delivered the items to you in error or the Goods are faulty.

For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation. 

Cancellations, returns and refunds - CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS:  

Custom-made products will require payment upfront.

Once a bespoke product has been drawn and cut, cancellations will not be accepted and any alterations to the design may incur extra charges.

Any cancelled projects are at the discretion of Wooden Nest Ltd.   

Due to the nature of custom-made and bespoke goods, products cut and made specifically to a purchaser's requirements may not be refunded or returned. 

Faulty or missing parts will be rectified by us, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Wooden Nest Ltd understands the issue regarding privacy on the Internet and as a result we will explain how we handle the information we receive through our website.

The technology we use collects information such as domains name, search engines used and keywords searched on and this information is collated to identify number of visits to our website and other such statistics for the purposes of improving our website and our marketing. This information will not be used for any other purposes.

However, you may wish to provide us with additional information to allow us to respond to your requests for further contact. 

Wooden Nest Ltd will not provide this information to any companies outside of the group and will not sell your details to Third Parties. You will always be given the opportunity to say that you do not wish to receive further information.

Any information we collect via either of the methods stated above will be held for as long as necessary to conduct business relationships. It will be stored securely and you will have the right to access information held by us in respect of you, as instructed by Data Protection legislation.
