We make every effort to ensure our colours are displayed as accurately as digital or printed media allows. However, due to variations in screens and printers, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match to real finishes. If in doubt, please contact us for a sample.

We will inform you if your chosen item is out of stock.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days, providing the products are in stock and are shipped via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Evri.
For items that require a pallet courier, we will contact you to discuss further arrangements.
Please inspect parcels on arrival for any signs of damage. If you believe any damage has occurred during transit, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately by telephone or email.
Local collection is accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Damage: If an item you have ordered from us is damaged or has any defects, please contact us within 48 hours of being delivered. You may be required to pay for the return postage for the item. Once received by us, the item will be inspected and if agreed, any refund will be arranged.
Returns: In order to be eligible for a refund, we request for the product to be returned to us within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, it will be inspected and your refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the buyer is returning the item due to a change of mind.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS:
Custom-made items will require full payment upfront.
Once a bespoke product has been drawn and cut, cancellations will not be accepted and any alterations to the design may incur extra charges. Any cancelled projects are at the discretion of Wooden Nest Ltd.
Due to the nature of custom-made and bespoke goods, products cut and made specifically to a purchasers requirements, may not be refunded or returned.
Faulty or missing parts will be rectified by us, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Wooden Nest Ltd reserve the right to amend our prices of the products we sell or services we provide with immediate effect, to reflect any increase for reasons beyond our control. They include, but are not limited to: wholesale prices, costs of labour, materials and manufacturing costs.
